Ben's career took a significant turn when he assumed the role of a project manager at a prestigious kitchen design firm. Here, he honed his skills in overseeing large-scale projects with unwavering attention to detail. This experience inspired him to embark on a personal journey of single-family home renovations and successful fix-and-flip projects, completing over 40 ventures that showcased his unique blend of comfort and aesthetics.

Driven by a thirst for knowledge and formal training, Ben pursued a Bachelor's in Interior Design in Dallas, refining his craft at renowned design centers like Ethan Allen and Robb & Stucky. His tenure at a prominent multifamily group, where he served as COO overseeing design and renovation projects, solidified his expertise in multifamily properties and rental communities.
